  • Large Russet Potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Minced Garlic
  • Garlic Powder
  • Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

How to make Baked garlic parmesan fries:

First, preheat your oven to 450 F or 220 C degrees.

Cut the potatoes into french fry-shaped stripes and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 

Toss them with olive oil and minced garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste. 

Bake for 30-40 minutes in the oven until browned and crispy. 

Sprinkle with some parmesan cheese and garlic powder just right before serving. Enjoy.
